The killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar has turned out to be a major dent in Khalistani operations. Nijjar, a wanted terrorist and chief of the Khalistani Tiger Force (KTF), was shot dead in Canada's Surrey. Nijjar's killing is a jolt for pro-Khalistanis, as it comes just days after Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF) leader Avtar Singh Khanda's death. In May, reports of Khalistan Commando Force (KCF) leader Paramjit Singh Panjwar's murder surfaced, while in March Amritpal Singh was arrested.
