They were given disciplinaries for following the law, AND UPHOLDING THEIR CONTRACT AS A RELIABLE EMPLOYEE.

THE MANAGERS INAPPROPRIATE ACTION ARE CLEARLY HAVING A DIRECT IMPACT UPON STAFF AND CAUSING UNNECESSARY RISKS TOWARDS EMPLOYEE'S.
