They were given disciplinaries for following the law, AND UPHOLDING THEIR CONTRACT AS A RELIABLE EMPLOYEE.
numerous complaints HAVE BEEN MADE REGARDING neglegence by the manager, however nothing has been done to resolve this issue by head office.
THE MANAGERS INAPPROPRIATE ACTION ARE CLEARLY HAVING A DIRECT IMPACT UPON STAFF AND CAUSING UNNECESSARY RISKS TOWARDS EMPLOYEE'S.
