That happen to me
I waited for the due date and nothing came, then I was told they will look into it, and did not reply to me for another week.
After 2 weeks I still did not have my stuff, I was pissed off.
I used the chat help on ebay page to get assistance, someone rang me and I told them what happen after they did security checks.
In the end I was refunded my full amount
