On Friday, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar addressed the Hudson Institute in Washington, DC. During QnA, when asked about India's role in multilateral groups, Jaishankar, without naming Pakistan, took a dig at India's western neighbour. Jaishankar said SAARC is dormant because one of its members believes that they can practice terrorism at no cost. On Pakistan's economic collapse, Jaishankar said multiple chickens are coming home to roost simultaneously.
