2) If you submit a classified advert (including without limitation any text, graphics, images, video or audio) by making such a submission, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create Derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any such work worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any media now known or later developed for
the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. If you do not wish to grant us such rights you must NOT submit your contribution.

3) By submitting your advert you warrant that such advert or contribution is :

6) You agree to indemnify us against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred.

7) As a result of your breach of the warranties in clause 3.3 You agree to waive any moral rights in your advert or contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the Website and the other purposes specified above.

8) If we provide you with a confidential username and password to enable you to access parts of the Website. You must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and must reveal them to no one. You must immediately notify us if you know or suspect that your username and/or password have been disclosed to any other person.

9) All adverts placed in classifieds by you or person(s) representing you, is your own responsibility

9.1) Although we make every effort to ensure the details on AMC are correct, please note we give no guarantee as to, and have no liability in relation to, the currency, usefulness or accuracy of any of the content in classified. There may be occasions when some of the information featured on the classified may contain incomplete, out of date or misleading data, typographical errors, or other inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise for any inconvenience which this might cause.

9.2) You acknowledge that you are responsible for inputting the correct information requested.

9.3) You may also report any such adverts which you feel breach the terms of use.of you, which we are not liable for.

9.4) Given the unpredictabilities of technology, we do not warrant (either expressly or impliedly) that the Website will meet your data processing requirements, that the function, operation or accessibility

9.5) Classifieds is provided "As Is" we cannot monitor every product, service or advertisement Submitted, unless we are notified of any illegal behaviour.

9.6) AMC's obligation to classifieds is to ensure that the service runs smoothly for members, eg Maintenance, upgrades etc

9.7) AMC is not here to solve any disputes you may have (between buyers, sellers or advertisers etc)

9.7.1) If such an issue arises AMC will ban/disable the users/members account in question from classifieds, it would also be your duty to purse that matter legally for any loss or damages you may suffer.

9.7.2) In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 AMC is not liable to disclose any personal identifiable information for a users/persons account, unless required to do so by law.

10) Security regarding your paypal account information is NOT stored on AMC and remains your own responsibility (please refer to paypal for more information).
