 Dhan Singh Gurjar, Dhan Singh Gurjar was the Indian kotwal of Meerut, who participated in the 1857 uprising and led initial actions against the British East India Company in Meerut
 Arjun Singh Gurjar Freedom Fighter.
 
 Kadam Singh, Raja of Parikshitgarh and Mawana, led Gurjar fight against the British during the Indian Rebellion of 1857.
 Vijay Singh Pathik,was among the first revolutionaries from the state who lit the torch of freedom movement in the state.

 chased Timur to Ambala and did not allow him to loot his kingdom,
 He hailed from a village near Haridwar called Kunja, Later this village was
 uprooted and destroyed by the Mughals,The clan of the Jograj Singh escaped
 from this village and reached Landhaura, where they settled and again

 Greater Noida) led an armed rebellion against the British in Bilaspur.
 Bilaspur was known as Iskaner Estate by the British. The Gurjars attacked
 Sikendrabad and captured the police station and tehsil. The trio were
 hanged on a big mango tree at a chowk in Bulandshahar. That chowk was
 declared as "Kala-Aam Chowk" because of the hanging of the three brothers
 and several other Gurjars. Now it is known as "Shahid-Chowk".
