Spend time with positive people
Find people to lift you up and support you during your life trials. When we are grappling in our personal lives for solid ground, we need people to cheer us on, not add to it. Talk with people who have been through rocky patches.
Ask them to share their experience and advice on how to tackle the circumstance. Being alone prevents you from finding strength through a community that will support you. It is during this time that you require people the most.
