During my career as a software engineer and software engineering manager, I had a lot of exposure to the H-1B program. Here I add my take based on that personal experience. This is just one perspective. I plan to do additional research on the pros and cons of this program. That being said, I do feel strongly that the issue is not worthy of the division it is causing.
