A government minister delivers a statement in the House of Commons after India launched strikes on Pakistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir in revenge for a terror attack two weeks ago.

Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds told Sky News that the UK is ready to help with dialogue between the two nations to help with "de-escalation".
